Lease from Andrew Archer of Umberslade Hall esquire to Edward Lyndon of Tanworth yeoman of a cottage with a plot of ground belonging to the same, the land called Rough Leasow divided into 2 parts in the tenure of the said Edward, adjoining at the south a common called Earle wood in Tanworth; to hold from this date for 99 years, rendering annually £3.5s.; the said Andrew reserving all timber except that necessary for the repair of the said premises.
