Conveyance by lease and release from Devereux Wilson of Ouldbury, Worcs., clerk and Mary his wife to Andrew Archer of Umberslade Hall in Tanworth esquire for £117 of a grove of trees of 8 acres, formerly taken out of Lantern Lands, now called Dickins Grove in Tanworth, lying between lands of the said Devereux Wilson and the lanes or highways leading from Shirly Heath to Solihull Wood and to Dickins Heath, and from Dickins Heath to Shirly Heath on all sides; lately belonging to a farm of the said Devereux called Blackford Farm in the tenure of William Collins but then of the said Andrew Archer; to hold for ever.
