Feoffment from Thomas Pilkinton of Banbury, Oxford, mercer to Simon Archer of Tanworth gentleman for £100 of a croft called Packewoodes croft with two little parcels of meadow lying in the same on both sides of the little brook there, one of the said parcels of meadow being called the Fordrove, lying near Henly Ford in Bewdesert, late in the tenure of Rowland Wheeler of Henly, also 97 lands in the common fields of Henly called the Backfield and of Whitley in Wotton Wawen, late in the tenure of Rowland Wheeler, six parcels of meadow in the common fields of Henly and Whitley late belonging to the said Rowland with all other lands of the grantor in Wootton Wawen and Bewdesert, see DR37/1/2021; to hold for ever.
