Covenant to lead the uses of a recovery and to create a tenant to the praecipe between John Dovey of Clifford's Inn, Middx., gentleman, plaintiff, with Benjamin Palmer of Oaken End gentleman and Richard Fowler of Coventry gentleman as vouchees against John Farmer of Baddesley Ensor gentleman and Elizabeth his wife, eldest daughter and co-heir of Richard Grimshaw of Baker's Lane, Knowle on Hampton-in-Arden gentleman, Mary Grimshaw his second daughter and Anne Grimshaw his youngest daughter of property conveyed by the said Mary Grimshaw to the said John Dovey, 19 April 1694, namely of a messuage in Oldnal End in Barkeswell with 7 closes in Barkeswell called the Barnefield, the Little Grove, the Great Grove, the Poole Field, the Birchy Field, the Nether Field and the meadow adjoining the said messuage, in the tenure of John Brookes; a messuage in Tanworth with a meadow belonging to the same in the tenure of Thomas Cranmore; a croft called Beggars Croft in Tanworth in the tenure of Robert Heacock with enclosed lands in Munsford Street in Tanworth in the tenure of John Lea; closes in Nuthurst and Bewdesert in the tenure of John Morteboys; to hold to the said John Dovey as a free and perfect tenant to the freehold to the use of the said Mary Grimshaw.
