Gift with warranty from John Clerk of Stychale to John Wymondeswold' of Couentre of the annual rent of 5 marks, to be taken from 12 cottages in Couentre, of which 3 cottages lie together in le Litylparkstrete between the tenement formerly belonging to John Smythier of Couentre on the one hand and the tenement formerly belonging to William Swettenham on the other, in length and breadth according to their boundaries, 9 other cottages lying together in le Weshorchard' between the tenement of Thomas Brownale on the one hand and the tenement formerly belonging to Richard Palmer on the other in length and breadth according to their boundaries; to hold for ever; the said rents to be taken at the four terms of Lady Day, Midsummer, Michaelmas and Christmas, with the right of distraint for non-payment or arrears of the same.
