Gift with warranty from Margery de Philiongele, daughter of William de Haltone of Farnebergh' deceased, widow to John de Ralegh of Farnebergh' and Joan his wife of 4 messuages with crofts and curtilages and a carucate of arable land with meadows, pastures, roads and fishponds which the grantor inherited from Amice, daughter of Jordan le Say, deceased, her mother, in the vill and fields of Farnebergh', of which one messuage lay between the messuage of John Alyart on the one hand and the messuage of Hugh Colyns on the other, 2 lay between the highway leading towards Dercet on the one hand and the messuage of John Lorkyn on the other and one lay next to le Brok' between the messuage of John le Rale on the one hand and the messuage of Thomas Rodbourne on the other, to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
