Quitclaim from Godfrey le Beedel of Grafton', Alice his wife and Isabel, daughter of the said Alice, to John de Conyngesby of half-virgate of land, 11/2 acres of meadow in Grafton which the grantors hold from the said John for the terms of their lives; to hold for ever. Dated at Graftun Thursday after the feast of St. Peter ad Vincula, 21 Edward III. 1. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 3/4 in., a bird with wings displayed and inverted. 2. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 1 in., on a shield a pair of shears between a key and a knife. 3. Circular seal of red wax on same tag, 3/4 in., a paschal lamb.
