Description

Gift from William Turnour of Beausale, son and heir of Henry Turnour lately of Beausale to Alice Sewy, daughter and heir of Juliana Sewy and kinswoman and heir of Joan Grene lately of Hatton' now deceased of one toft and one virgate of land in Hatton' which property the said Henry Turnour lately held with Richard Smyth', William Weole and John Benet, now deceased, by the gift and feoffment of the said Joan Grene [see DR37/1/1285]; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Appointment of John Haddon' as attorney to deliver seisin. Dated 16 September 11 Henry VII. Witnesses: Robert Smyth', alias Robert Miller, John Weole, Richard Edwardes and many others.
