Lease from Alexander son of Walter de Stodle to Alan called Thurbarn of Yppesle of a tenement in the vill of Yppesl' called Batelond' with a house built on the same and also a garden, arable land and meadow adjacent to the same, lying in length from the highway as far as the river Arwe and in breadth between land called Barboresfeld and the land of the said Alan; to hold for the life of the said Alan, rendering annually to the said Alexander 10s.
