Agreement between Robert Fulwode gentleman and Thomas Parsons, son and heir of Richard Parsons, that the charter of enfeoffment by which the said Thomas had enfeoffed the said Robert of lands and tenements in Lapeworth' in the tenure of Thomas Stephens had been made with the condition that if the said Thomas paid the said Robert 26s. 8d. at Michaelmas 6 years hence, the said Thomas needed more silver before the end of the said 6 years, if he brought all the deeds relating to the said property and made a sure estate of the same to the said Robert, that then the said Robert would give him 4 marks in addition to the 26s. 8d. already paid, for the full purchase of the said messuage and premises.
