Assignment from Thomas Day of Spalding, Lincs., gentleman, administrator of Joseph Atkinson, grocer, not administered by Ann his wife, deceased, at the direction of the Reverend John Dinham of Spalding, clerk, younger son of John Dinham of the same, Doctor in Physick, deceased, by Catherine his wife, formerly Walker, deceased, to the Rt. Hon Thomas, Lord Archer, Baron of Umberslade of mortgage DR37/1/2261 the property described in which the said Lord Archer was to purchase along with other lands for £1,200; to hold in trust for Henry Archer of Hale, Southampton, esquire.
