Lease with warranty from John de Conynggesby to Roger called le Carter' of Morton' Bagot, Margery his wife and John son of the said Roger of two crofts called Pynellescroftes which John Siresone formerly held in Morton' by demise from the grantor and also a croft called le Huntecroft' as it is enclosed and ditched; to hold from the grantor for the term of the lives of the said Roger, Margery and John, rendering annually 6s. [2 terms] and heriot when due in lieu of all services except foreign service; the said grantor having the right of re-entry for non-payment or arrears of the said rent three weeks beyond any of the said terms. Dated at Morton', Sunday after the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 25 Edward III.
