Description

Lease by Thomas Greswoll, Solihull, gentleman, to Joyce Fulwood, Nuthurst, widow, of messuage with gardens, orchards, meadows and pastures etc. in Nuthurst called Bragges tenement, in the tenure of the said Joyce, together with rents from messuage and appurtenances in Nuthurst in the tenure of William Ichen[?or] in the right of Elianor his wife by virtue of a lease for lives to Elianor, Edward Ichen and Richard Ichen; also a yearly rent from messuage and appurtenances in Tanworth in the occupation of William Beesley. To hold for 60 years, or the life of Joyce if less, paying one red rose at St. John's Day.
