Description

Grant by William le Pech of Nuthurst to John de Barton of all that messuage, gardens and curtilage, with certain lands and tenements in the vill of Nuthurst held by devise of Ralph de and one with 4 acres of arable land in the said vill held by devise of Roger le Pech. To hold all the said lands and tenements in perpetuity of the chief lord for services owed. Dated: Sunday after the Feast of St. Gordianus. Witnesses: William de Folewode, John de la Lee, Richard Aleyn de Thoneworth[sic], Thomas Aleyn, Walter de Nuthurst, Walter atte Forde de Nuthurst.
