Description

Grant by William de Aldermoston [Alderminster] to Walter de Nuthurst, son of Henry de Nuthurst and Cecilie his wife, and to the legitimate heirs of their bodies, of all that messuage, lands and tenements with gardens, curtilages, meadows, woods and all appurtenances in Nuthurst. To hold in perpetuity of chief lord of fee for services owed. Warranty clause. If Walter and Cecily have no heirs, then property descends to heirs of Walter.
