Description
Grant by John, son of John le Pech of Nuthurst to John de Barton his heirs and assigns, of one croft of land with garden in Nuthurst, enclosed and ditched and called Goniledlond [?]. To hold in perpetuity paying 2d. annually for the maintenance of a lamp in the church at Nuthurst for all lay services. Witnesses: William de Fulwode, Walter de Nuthurst, Thomas Aleyn, Walter atte Forde, Richard Aleyn of Tanworth Dated at Nuthurst the Sunday after the feast of St. Gregory the pope.
