Description

Award in arbitration by John Harper, senior, of Henley-in-Arden, William Pacwood, Thomas Pulton and Richard Cokkus, junior, in dispute between John Fulwood of Tanworth and Henry Smyth of Hatton relating to a certain tenement with appurtenances which John Smyth of Esenford formerly held. After hearing all evidences the arbitrators agree that John Fulwood owes Henry Smyth four marks for his right in the premises, and if this is paid in the presence of Robert Huggeford and Peter Holte, then the said Henry will give up his rights in the premises. Made in the chapel of Henley on Wednesday before St. Nicholas, 6 Henry IV, by Harper and Cokkus on behalf of Fulwood and Pacwood and Pulton for Smyth.
