Description

Grant for life by John Nuthurst of Solihull to John Fulwood of Tanworth the elder of two furlongs of open land with meadow adjacent in Nuthurst called Syftelyes, and one meadow there called Butmedewe lying in breadth between a grove called Syfteleyes Grove and the highway from the Church of Nuthurst towards Henley on one side and land of the said John Fulwood on the other. In length from the field called Leyfelde towards the said highway. All which tenements etc. John Nuthurst held by gift and feoffment of John Nuthurst de Redynge his relative. To hold to John Fulwood for life, paying yearly 13s. 4d. at Lady Day and Michaelmas. After the death of John Fulwood, John Nuthurst grants to Robert Fulwood, son of John for his life on the same terms. Warranty clause. Witnesses: Thomas Archer of Tanworth, Thomas Sydenhale of the same, Thomas Waryng of the same, Thomas Warde of Nuthurst, Geoffrey Warde of the same.
