Grant by Thomas Warde of Nuthurst to John Fulwood of Ta worth, Richard Assheby of Lapworth and William Parsons of the same of one field and one grove of wood with appurtenances in Nuthurst called Gunnyld feld and Gunnyld grove lying between the land of Walter Peche on one side and land of William Trussell on the other, and extends, with the grove from the road from Nuthurst to Henley as far as the land of the said Walter Peche.
