Bargain and sale from John Trussell, Billesley, esquire to Edmund Fulwood of Tanworth, esquire and Joyce his wife, for £26 of pasture called Legh hill with a little meadow on the west adjoining to a meadow of Edmund Fulwood called the Great Meadow; also a small pasture of the east of Legh hill, adjoining to the church house of Nuthurst and a lane on the south side of a field of John Fulwood, gentleman called Cicely field; also pasture ground called Bayards Crofte surrounded by land of Edmund Fulwood called Peches in the occupation of John Johnsons.
