Gift with warranty from Geoffrey Prat of Pacwod' to Richard Fabr' of the same of a messuage and curtilage with two meadows adjacent to the same in the vill of Pacwod', lying between the land of John Walton' on the one hand and the land of John Skot on the other in length and in breadth between the land of John Fepsant on the one hand and the road leading from the mill of Pacwod' to Lappeworth', according to their metes and bounds; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service and 2s. 7d. annual rent, namely 7d. at Michaelmas, 8d. on the feast of St. Andrew [30 November], 8d. on Lady Day and 8d. on the feast of St. John the Baptist.
