Description

Demise from Sir Simon Archer of Warwick, knight, to Thomas Archer of Tanworth, esquire, son and heir of the said Sir Simon, of the manor of Solihull with the warren of conyes already planted with the rectory and parish church of the same, with all messuages and lands of the said manor in Solihull and all courts and rights pertaining to the same and also several closes and coppices called Aylesbury land in Tanworth; to hold for three months at a peppercorn rent, to the use of the said Sir Simon during his life and then to the use of the said Thomas and his heirs for ever.
