Lease with warranty from John de Conyggusby of Morton to Henry Symond of Ullienhale of his lands and tenements in Ulnehale, excepting le Wychitenement; to hold with meadows, pastures, orchards, lands with hedges and ditches for the life of the said Henry, rendering annually to the said John 30s. [2 terms] and rendering annually to the Count of Stafford 13d.
