Lease with warranty from William atte Lee of Morton' to John Whelere of Ullenhale, Alice his wife and Philip their son of a tenement with an orchard adjacent to the same in Ullenhale called Conyngesbiesplace and a field with a parcel of meadow lying in the same field called Conyngesbiesgretefeld and a croft called Fennycroft and also another croft called Pilescroft and two selions of land in the common field of Ullenhale lying between the land of Nicholas Celle on the one hand and the King's highway called Notelyngeswey on the other hand, to hold for the lives of the said John, Alice and Philip, rendering annually to the said William 13s. 4d. [2 terms]; the said William to have right of distraint if the said rent was unpaid or in arrears a fortnight beyond any of the said terms. Dated at Ullenhal' Sunday before the feast of the translation of St. Edward King and Confessor, 17 Richard II.
