Gift with warranty from Thomas atte Milne of Henley in Ardena to Robert Halughton' of Ulnehale in Wauenes Wotton' of half a field in Ulnehale called le Hawkerygge, lying in the said field between Windemulnefeld' and le Breche on the one hand and the croft called Symonddis crofte and Jentylmanland on the other hand in breadth and extending in length from Motecroftis to the field on Molkeley, according to its bounds, and also two crofts in Ulnehale called le Cokeslonddis of which one lies between land in the field called le Hokebarwe on the one hand and the land of the said Robert Halughton' and landraslone on the other hand in breadth and in length between the field called le Stangate and the land formerly of John Rameshill' and the other lies in Ulnehale between Hervyheth on the one hand and the land of the said Robert Halughton' on the other hand in length and extends in breadth between the land formerly of John Rameshill' and the lane called le Cokeslondeslane; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
