Feoffment from John Hollington and Philip Hollington of Ullenhall, yeomen, to Thomas Archer of Tanworth gentleman, for £60 of a cottage with three closes of pasture and meadow land adjacent to the same called Cookesland in Ullenhall in the parish of Wotton Wawen lying between the land of Fullwood gent., the land of King's College, Cambridge, the land of the chapel of Ullenhall, the land of Francis Throgmorton esquire and the highway on all sides, with reversions, woods and subwoods; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
