Gift with warranty from Reginald son of Thomas Le Blexstere to Master Walter de Morton', rector of the church of Bishop's Hampton', and William de Lenirton, son of Christiana sister of the said Master Walter, of a messuage with a curtilage adjacent to the same in the borough of Warr' in the street leading from the church of St. Peter to the church of St. James, which messuage and curtilage the said Reginald held by the gift and feoffment of Agnes, his sister, the said property lying between the tenement of John Sparry on the one hand and the tenement of John le Warde of Yiluerton' on the other hand and extending in length from the King's Highway to the tenement of John de Wulforton' and to the tenement formerly belonging to Robert Le Helyeter, and which messuage and curtilage Thomas le Blexster, father of the said Reginald, and Alice his wife held by the gift of Geoffrey Pyghoun of Miluerton'; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Warr Wednesday after the feast of St. Ambrose 8 Edward III.
