Deed poll under the hand of Edward Fyssher of Fysshers' Itchington alias Bysshioppes' Itchington esquire recording a conveyance from the said Edward Fyssher to Thomas Jynkes alias Hankynson of Warwic yeoman, dated 10 December last, of a messuage called le Stonehowse in the borough of Warwic in the street called le Northegatestreete in the occupation of the said Thomas Jinkes, also four messuages together in the said borough on the said street in the several tenures of Alin Crosse widow, Thomas Rydge, Joan Geywodde widow and Ralph Fyssher freemason. [This property is more fully described in DR37/1/2758]; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
