Description

Gift with warranty from Richard Gower of Thoneworthe to Richard de Alreshawe of the same and Alice his wife and William their son of a piece of land in Thoneworthe lying in the field called le Newelond between the land which John Pecock holds and the highway leading from la Blakeforde towards the house which belonged to John de Ruyfeld; to hold the said land with the ponds contained within it, saving to the grantor the fishery and free entry thereto, of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually 6 pence (2 terms) for all service save foreign service; and should the said William die without issue then the said land to revert to the heirs of the said Richard de Alreshawe.
