Exemplification by Edward IV of a fine levied Easter term 5 Henry V [ ], and on the Octave of Michaelmas 20 Henry VI [ ] between Peter son of John de Montefforte, plaintiff, and John de Lowenham, chaplain, deforciant, of 2 messuages, 2 of land, 40 acres of meadow, 360 acres of wood, £10. 6s. 01/2d. rent and a quarter of a knight's fee in Henleye, Ulnhale, Waunes Wotton' and Brayles and the manor of Whitchirche and the advowson of the church of the said manor which the said Peter gained by gift and fine of John Huisset.
