Tanworth, Monkspath in
Quitclaim from Philip de la Wyke late the miller of Kinewarton', with the consent of Gilian son of Simon de Alsieshay his wife, to Geoffrey son of Richard de Middelmor of all his right in a tenement and all the lands which Randolf and Richard once held of Simon de Monekespath', their brother, in Monekespath' in Tanewrth' with the woods, meadows and easements pertaining thereto; to hold the same free from all services save the payment of an annual rent of 2s 4d to the chief lord and foreign service; and for this the said Geoffrey gives 40 shillings.
