Deed poll under the hand of John Hollington of Ullenhall yeoman being a feoffment from the said John Hollington to Simon Archer of Tanworth, gentleman, for £60 of two parcels of land, a croft with closes and meadows pertaining to the same, lying in Ullenhall in Wootton Wawen between the lands of Henry Lea, yeoman, the lands of Francis Throckmorton, esquire, the lands of William Atwood alias Tayler, yeoman, and the Queen's highway and called by the several names of Chapell Meadowe and Chappell Leasowe and now in the occupation of Thomas Smith alias Courte and William Whatelie; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
