Bargain and sale from Andrew Archer of Tanworth, esquire, to Richard Key of Henley in Arden, yeoman, for £54. 10s. of a messuage with a barn, orchard, garden, hemplacke and a close belonging and adjoining to the said messuage in Henley in Arden between the land of the King on the south now in the occupation of Hugh Symons and the land of Thomas Parsons now in the occupation of Robert Frankelyn and Sibill Plant on the north and extending in length from the high street of Henley eastwards to the Great Parke of Henley westwards and now in the tenure of Edward Kerdall of Henly; to hold for ever freely on the expiration of a lease from the said Andrew Archer to the said Edward Kerdal of the said property to hold for 21 years from 30 March 37 Elizabeth [1595].
