Description

Demise with warranty from Henry de Lee to William Malor' of the mill de Lee with the house and pond, with dams, a sufficient stream of water and the old ditch encircling the head of the mill pool and the site of the said mill, extending from the hedge of the said Henry in Mulneforlong to the ash tree standing above the stream descending from the mill in width, with a croft lying between two streams pertaining to the said mill; to hold as the ancestors of the said Henry held the same to the said William for his life and to the heirs named by the said William for 10 years after his death; with reversion to the said Henry. Dated at Botteley Sunday on the octave of Easter 27 Edward.
