Lease with warranty from Margaret Archer, widow of John Archer esquire, to Robert Thorp of Henley in Arden, whelwryght, of four parcels of ground in Botley, one called Hylfeld, another Wellfeld', another Mylnfurlong' and another a croft with a meadow lying at the end of the said Welfeld and a hedge lying between, all these parcels being part of the dower of the said Margaret; to hold for 40 years, rendering annually 5 marks 9s. [2 terms], the said Margaret having the right of distraint for non-payment or arrears of the said rent three weeks beyond any of the said terms and the right of re-entry if the said rent be unpaid or in arrears six weeks beyond any of the said terms; the said Robert to have sufficient 'Tynsell' to hedge and enclose the said parcels and also the said Robert to have the house of Bottlaye after Duttun and his wife had left the same, paying yearly for the same.
