Gift with warranty by John Reson of Edreston [Edstone] to John son of Henry of Claverdon of Edstone, in exchange for 6s. which John son of Henry gave in advance to John Reson, of one acre of his land in the field of Edstone, namely half an acre lying in Frankenhul in the furlong called Le Lowe which lies between the lands which Walter Lebotiler and Richard Kyrkebi held, and which stretches from the land of the abbey of Bordesl' to the headland which Henry of Hamstud held; and one half acre which lies on the open field called Glechecroft/Glethecroft between the land of the said Walter and the said Richard, and which stretched from the land of Nicholas of Warwick to the highway which is called Warwike Wey [Warwick Way]. To hold of chief lords of that fee for annual rent of 1d. at Lady Day and Michaelmas and for all secular and usual services.
