Gift with warranty by Henry Morgan to Henry Otheyn of four acres of land in the district of Edreston [Edstone], of which one acre lies at Holewey Grene, half an acre lies on Wachynghul, one baulk [strip] at Netherfenne with one headland of a meadow, one acre at Hyrchehurst Well, four baulks lying next to [the land of] John le Sweyn on the Thornyhull at Byrchehurst, one baulk which extends into Byrchehurst Grene between the lands of John Wydewesone on either side, and one acre at Muchelehecus[?]. To hold of chief lords of those fees for the due and usual services.
