Gift with warranty from Amicia widow of John Reynald of Toneworth' to Robert de Sydenhale of the same and Juliana his wife and John their son of the meadow lying next Fenschawebrok' in the said vill between the tenement of Thomas Durvassal on both sides, which she had by the gift of John atte Berne her brother; also a piece of land to form a way to and from the said meadow for their horses and carts, extending from the highway next the middle hedge between the grantor's two fields; to hold the same rendering annually to the chief lord of the fee 1 penny at Michaelmas for the first 20 years, and thereafter half a mark to the grantor and her heirs (2 terms) Witnesses: Richard de Folewod', John Wodard, Robert de Folewod', Robert de Crowenhale, Roger Geryn and others.
