Gift with warranty from Henry Elys of Thoneworth' to Alice widow of Philip de Schelleye of the land which he had by the gift of Margery de la Lyth' and Christine her sister, at La Lyth', lying between the land late belonging to Philip de Scheley and the road leading towards Le Blakeford'; with the further gift of an annual rent of 1 penny which the grantor received from Philip de Schelley for a piece of land which he held of the grantor; to hold the same, with reversion of dower when it falls due, of the chief lord of the fee.
