Description

Gift with warranty from Alan Bover of Leycestr' to William atte Bach' of Toneworth' of all his lands and tenements which he had by the feoffment of William Herbert in Thoneworth'; to hold the same, with all appurtenances, of the chief lord of the fee; with the further gift of his reversionary interest in eight selions of land which Henry atte Bach' and Alice his wife hold for their lives, lying in a field called Herbardescroft in length and breadth between the grantor's land on each side; also his reversionary interest in a house, with curtilage and garden adjoining, which Henry atte Bach' and Alice his wife hold for their lives in Thoneworth'. Witnesses: John atte Lee of Thoneworth', Robert de Folewode of the same, Henry Tomelot of the same, Henry de Scidenhale of the same, Richard Aleyn clerk and many others.
