Gift with warranty from Walter de Swanedich of Toneworth' to Adam his son and Sybil de Moronhale, and their lawful issue, of all his lands and tenements in Toneworth' and Silihull', with houses, gardens, meadows,fields, pastures and 13s 4 d annual rent to be received from the mill which William de Kynton', bailiff of Monekespath' and Margery his wife hold for their lives by lease of the grantor, and the fishpond belonging to the said mill; also an annual rent of 2s 4d to be received from all the lands and tenements which Adam Otehyn held of the grantor in Longedon, with the wardships, reliefs, herits and escheats when they fall due; to hold to the said Adam and Sybil and their lawful issue of the chief of the lord of the fee, with reversion to the grantor should they have no children. Witnesses: Philip de Alesburi, Peter Liber, John Broun, Roger atte Heth', William de Shelleye, Simon de Middelmor, William son of William atte Byrches and other.
