Description

Lease for the lives of the lessees from Richard de Budifford and John de Bustlesham of land in Toneworth' which the lessor held by gift and foeffment of the said Robert lying in fields called le Marlefeld' and La Lone and extending in length from erleswode towards the road leading from the tenement of Henry de Sydenhale at the church of Toneworth'; to hold the same for the term of their lives rendering annually to the lessor one rose at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee, the said lands to revert to the lessor for ever after the death of the said Robert and Simon.
