Quitclaim with warranty from Robert de Folewode to William his son of all lands, tenements, rents, services, meadows, pastures, woods, waters which William de Folewode, father of the grantor formerly held in Toneworth, Henleye and Notehurst. Sealing clause. Dated at Toneworth', Sunday after the feast of St Oswold the Bishop, 22 Edward III. Witnesses: John Larcher, Henry de Sidenhale, John Wodard, Roger Belne, William Gower and others. Circular seal of red wax on tag 3/4 in., partially defaced, within a cusped border a gothic arch containing a seated figure of the Virgin and Child. Legend : defaced and indecipherable.
