Gift with warranty from William le Archer of Toneworth' to Dom Richard le Arch', his brother, rector of the church of Ilmyndon', Elen daughter of Reginald le Fauconer of Melchbourne and Richard, son of Geoffrey Colynes of Toneworth' of a piece of land in Toneworth' with a house built upon it, extending in length from the road leading from the house formerly belonging to John de Sapelton' on the one hand as far as the land of Nicholas atte Wyle on the other, and in breadth between Rosseleslone on the one hand as far as the land belonging to John de Stapelton' on the other; to hold from the chief lord of the fee for due and customary service.
