Gift from John caldene, clerk of Pacwode, to Sarah daughter of James Broun' of Toneworth' of all lands and tenements with woods, waters, meadows, pastures, hedges,ditches which the grantor held by gift and feoffemnt of the said James Broun' in Toneworth'; to hold the same from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service with reversion in absence of lawful issueto Thomas, brother of the said James Broun' and his lawful issue, with reversion in absence of such issue to Joan, sister of the said James Broun', and her lawful issue and in the absence of such issue to the rightful heirs of the said James Broun'. Dated at Toneworth', Monday after the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist, 34 Edward III.
