Gift with warranty from Peter Rikelot of Solihull' to William son of Simon Waryng of Toneworth' of a piece of woodland in Toneworth lying in breadth between the land of Adam Otheyn called le Heye and land held by William Russel' called Pagefeld' and extending in length from a ceratin piece of woodland lately belonging to Edmund de Middelmor as far as the fishpond belonging to Robert de Crowenhale which lately belonged to John de Montespath' to hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Sealing clause. Dated at Toneworth', Monday after the feast of the Epiphany of Our Lord, 37 Edward III. Witnesses: John Waryng, Edmund de Middelmor, Richard Russel', Henry Swen', William atte Birches and others. Circular seal of natural wax on tag, 3/4 in., device and legend almost defaced Latin, parchment, 9.75 x 3.25 ins.
