Gift with warranty from John de Follwode of Toneworth' to William de Coppethore of Berkeswell', Henry de Lyle and John, perpetual vicar of Hmpton, of lands, tenements, meadows,pastures, feedings, woods, ponds, pits in Toneworth' which the grantor inherited on the death of Robert de Folewode of Toneworth' under the wood of the Earl; also lands and tenements in Toneworth' which the grantor inherited upon the death of William de Folewode his father, in a close called Berfordelond and a rent which the grantor was accustomed to receive from Richard de Montiforbi from a field in Toneworth' called Moulesfeld. Dated at Toneworth', Monday after the feast of Easter, 40 Edward III. Witnesses: Thomas Larcher, Richard de Montiforbi, Roger Vibarwe, Robert de Crowenhal', Henry de Sydenhale and others.
