Description

Demise for the life of the grantee with remainder from Thomas atte Berne to Richard de Stapelton' of Toneworth' of the tenement which the said Richard held by the gift of Alice Tappyng', his mother, in Toneworth', also a messuage, two cartilages and two crofts lying together called le Foxplace lying next to the tenement of the said Alice Tappyng'; to hold for the term of the life of the said Richard rendering due and customary service from the chief lords of the fee; and after the death of the said Thomas to pass to Thomas, son and heir of Nicholas atte Wyle of Toneworth' and his lawful heirs for ever, rendering due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee.
