Description

Lease for the life of lessee with warranty from Thomas Larcher of Toneworth' to Henry Lenotem of the same of two fields lying together in Toneworth' in breadth between the land of the lord called Bylerscote and the land of John Jurdan, and in length between the lord's pond and a field called Sponnelond'; to hold the same for life rendering annually to the said Thomas 3 shillings in silver [2 terms] in lieu of all secular services and demands; the said Thomas to have right of distraint if the said rent was in arrears or unpaid beyond three weeks of any of the said terms.
