Gift with warranty from Thomas Eded, citizen and surgeon of London, to John Fulwode of Toneworth' and Isabella his wife of all lands, tenements, rents and services, with woods, meadows, pastures, feedings, waters, wardships, marriages, reliefs, heriots, escheats in Toneworth' which the grantor inherited after the death of his father Richard ede; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', 24 July 6 Richard II. Witnesses: Thomas Archer, Henry Sydenhale, John de Croulee, Thomas atte Berne, John Dolphyn and others. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 3/4 in., on a shield a paschal lamb, the shield surmounted by a cross, the whole within a cusped circular border.
